Why do you want to work with course creators? What makes you passionate about the online education space?
I've been in that space since graduation. First working on an online education platform from the finance niche. Later creating educational videos for all sorts of clients, and now also creating my own online courses. Online education is the way Universities will work. Instead of applying to a University, people will want to learn from specific people they admire, from anywhere in the world.
