1. Define a clear strategy: Outcome, learning objectives, audience, challenges, X factor
2. Design a logical & engaging flow of lessons (+ what happens in between lessons).

An instructional designer and blogger. I've helped hundreds of creators build educational content for online business schools and edtech companies over the past 10 years. These days, I run @pedagogeeks, a new business that helps professionals improve their (online) teaching skills and design online classes or courses that share their expertise (even) better!
Why do you want to work with course creators? What makes you passionate about the online education space?
I'm a big supporter of decentralizing the ecosystem of learning and enabling experts to share their expertise and teach others something new. Also, I'm no different from course creators. We all want the chance to showcase our knowledge, whether it is for giving back to the community, personal branding, becoming famous or all of the above. I want to make sure your course structure and facilitation skills support your cause, not the other way around.
