Once I started actively building an audience, I had doubts creep up in my mind...
(And I know many creators are thinking the same):
What if I tweet too much? People will get annoyed and unfollow me.
What if I email my subscribers too often? They'll get annoyed and unsubscribe.

Here's the reframe that helped me get rid of these doubts:

If someone clicked "follow" on Twitter or entered their email address, they want to hear from you! They've given you their permission.
Now it’s your duty to show up for them and give them what they asked for: valuable content.
That can take the form of tips, insights, news, stories, podcast episodes, videos, recipes, articles, tools, pictures of your cute pet, you name it.
If you don’t tweet or email your subscribers (every two weeks should be the absolute minimum), you’re depriving them of your expertise and experience.
And the tiny connection that was formed when they followed you slowly dies off. They forget who you are.
Instead, nurture and deepen the connection with your audience by showing up for them (even if you don't always feel like it).
Please, please, please don’t be that person who only emails their list when they want to sell something.
When you stay top of mind and keep adding value, your subscribers will be excited about your launch and support you.
